And off we are, after a long wait one of our few private projects have broken ground. A typical challenging site with two access points and a level difference of about 1.5 metres between them and a high water table. The saving grace was the huge size of the plot and the laid back requirement of the client. The freedom to select the requirements, plan the program and size of the plot were a welcome break from the otherwise uptight plot and stretched requirement projects.
