The second energy positive building in R & D Tata Steel, elements lab is an upcoming research work consisting of Earth, Water and Energy Lab under one roof. The lab aimed at housing environmental research group of TSL R&D section, dealing with the three elements. The building would deploy special strategies and elements / design to minimize the carbon footprint and also to maximize energy efficiency and sustainability.

The work started after finalizing option, but due to an incident at site involving disruption of a major electrical conduit in the ground the project was first suspended and then stopped due to unavoidable risk of the underground cable.
