An office plus research building in R & D Tata Steel, The front area will have research and office area and there is an industrial research shed in the back. The building would house research facilities involved in development of residual iron powder for fuel and other uses.

The project was first scaled down and then handed over to the inhouse design department of TSL due to the close proximity with critical installations and dangerous site conditions.
