TSL has leased out an industrial shed in Adityapur Industrial area to house a pilot plant and some laboratories including furnaces. The facility would also include special arrangements for gas manifolds in accordance with explosive gas handling parameters and rules (LINDE to be partner for the same). The project would entail all services planning and designing(with help from manufacturers). 

The design developed aims to introduce certain amount of greenery at strategic locations with proper lighting and watering mechanisms for their growth. The design aims at keeping the major parts bare and true to their materials. The walls which are subject to maximum dirt and other pollutants would be clad with tiles, with a clear intent to keep the look and feel industrial.
